Hospitality Management
Course Description: Hospitality Management fulfills 2.5 credits of the Career and Vocational-Technical Education (VOC) graduation requirements. This course will address the evolution of this growing industry including such topics as destination geography, domestic and international travel by air, sea, and railway, car rentals, hospitality and tourism, corporate conferences, and marketing and sales. The students will gain an understanding of the different sources of education and pathways for careers in the hospitality/tourism industry.
